Before you ship

• Get a free quote first so we can confirm we repair your module and tell you what to expect.
• Note the details: your name, phone, email, return address, vehicle year/make/model, VIN, the module part number and the fault (symptoms and any fault codes).
• Disconnect the battery before removing the module, and photograph the connectors and labels.

How to pack your module

• Place the module in an anti-static bag (or the original packaging).
• Use a sturdy box with at least 5 cm of padding on every side so the module can’t move.
• Put your note with the details above inside the box.
• Do not send keys, brackets or wiring unless we ask for them.
• Ship with tracking and keep your tracking number.

When your module arrives

• We confirm receipt and bench-test the module to verify the fault.
• If the repair or price differs from your quote, we contact you before any work is done.
• We repair at the component level, re-test, and ship it back to your return address with tracking.
• Your original module keeps its VIN and immobilizer data, so in most cases it is plug-and-play when reinstalled.

Turnaround times

• Module cloning, programming, key programming and airbag resets are usually done the next day.
• Coding is done by appointment.
• Repairs take longer: we diagnose the module, order any parts it needs and repair the circuit board at component level. When parts must be ordered, a repair typically takes 2 weeks to 2 months. We confirm the timeline with your quote.

Our warranty

Every repair is covered by a 30-day warranty after the repair. If a repaired module develops the same fault within 30 days, contact us and we will re-test and repair it.
